You will need a computer with video/audio capabilities, a strong internet connection, a quiet and private room to meet. Please ensure that no one else is streaming on other devices during the time of our session so that we can maximize bandwidth.
We will decide together after our first session if it makes sense to meet weekly or every other week.

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or to reschedule. If your appointment is cancelled under 24 hours you will be charged for the full amount of the appointment. To make therapy more approachable I have removed many of the hurdles that keep clients from making their first appointment by conducting teletherapy. Traffic, childcare, stress, parking, and travel time are a burden so relax in the comfort of your own home and join me for a session through the wonders of the internet. Not every client will be right for teletherapy. The first session will help you and I both determine if this is a good fit for you.
