Welcome to Sound House Therapy—
a space where therapy, storytelling, education, and reflection
come together to support meaningful and lasting change.
I provide individual and couples therapy through a HIPAA-compliant video platform.

A Sound House is a metaphor for the inner home we build within ourselves—the beliefs, stories, relationships, and experiences that shape who we are. Build Your Sound House invites you to examine that foundation, clear what no longer serves you, and intentionally create an inner home where your whole story can belong.
Sound House Therapy, provides a supportive space to explore the experiences, patterns, and relationships shaping your inner world—and begin building a stronger foundation for emotional well-being.
What if home isn't only a place you search for—but something you can learn to build within yourself?
Build Your Sound House is a guided journal created specifically for adoptees who are exploring identity, belonging, loss, reunion, relationships, and the ongoing work of making meaning from their adoption experience.
Drawing from lived experience, adoption-competent therapy, attachment theory, and the Sound Relationship House framework, the journal offers space to excavate, declutter, and reorganize the stories we carry.
Adoption is more than a single event—it is a lifelong experience that can shape identity, belonging, relationships, and the stories we tell ourselves.
Drawing from my lived experience as an adoptee and my professional work as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I introduce the Build Your Sound House framework: Excavation, Decluttering, and Reorganizing.
Through storytelling, guided reflection, and interactive exercises, I invite adoptees to examine inherited narratives, reclaim their voices, and begin building an inner foundation rooted in self-understanding, connection, and belonging.
