a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor. Currently my experience lends to around 14 years in practice with the last 8 years honing my specialization towards couples. I am also a veteran of the United States Armed Forces and received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Houston-Downtown and my Master’s in Counseling degree from Prairie View A&M University.
With a strong belief in the value of family I seek to empower my clients to improve in all their relationships by providing a safe, supportive and collaborative environment. My therapeutic approach is highly interactive as I use a combination of techniques based on attachment, solution focused, cognitive behavioral and the Gottman method.
